mbg55 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though your bank may impose daily transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly.
You may only deposit funds from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. We reserve the right to request documentation proving ownership of the payment method used. You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to meeting any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000, and the maximum per transaction is Rp 50,000,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name. Standard processing time is 1-4 hours during business hours (09:00-17:00 WIB, Monday-Friday), with e-wallet withdrawals often processed within one hour.
All withdrawal requests are subject to security and fraud prevention checks. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information before processing withdrawals. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals to the same verified payment method typically process faster.
mbg55 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees, which are your responsibility. Currency conversion fees may apply if you transact in a currency other than Indonesian Rupiah, though we strongly recommend using IDR to avoid such charges.

For sports betting markets, bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority or league. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules vary by sport and market type—typically, bets on incomplete matches are voided and stakes returned. We reserve the right to void bets if we identify errors in odds, palpable mistakes, or suspicious betting patterns.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
You must not engage in abusive, offensive, or harassing behavior toward other players, dealers, or mbg55 staff. This includes but is not limited to racist, sexist, or discriminatory language in live chat functions. Violations will result in chat bans, account suspension, or permanent closure depending on severity.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with mbg55 customer support is considered fraudulent behavior. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension, and we reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds and legal remedies.

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant.
